UK Delivery

We will endeavour to ship all orders received by 13:00 the same day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Standard delivery (via the Royal Mail*) can usually be expected within 2-3 working days.

Standard Shipping:

• Standard shipping* (Monday - Friday) | £3.80

 Special Delivery:

• Next Day Delivery by 1PM* (Monday - Friday) for orders up to £250 | £8.75
• Next Day Delivery by 1PM* (Monday - Friday) for orders over £250 | £12.75

All orders shipped via our Standard Shipping options will aim to be delivered within 1-4 working days from dispatch. Monday-Friday. Please note that our Standard Shipping time is variable, and delays can be expected during particularly busy periods such as bank holidays.

*Blue Dragon Essentials Ltd. reserve the right to switch courier without notice to customers, if deemed necessary by the business.

International Shipping:

We strive to offer most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods possible for our international customers.

Please note: your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated upon arrival at the destination country, for which you as the customer remain responsible to pay. Unfortunately, Blue Dragon Essentials have no control over any import duties and taxes levied and are unable to determine the amount due.

• International Tracked service for orders up to £350.00 in value | £16.50

Whilst we endeavour to be able to provide a world-wide delivery service, currently there are some territories that we are unable to ship to. Please contact us if you are not able to place your order via our web store check out and we can obtain a one-off quote for international shipment to your destination.
