No. Our subscription is completely flexible. Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time - no pressure, just support. logging into your account.
Do subscriptions include free shipping?
Subscription orders over £40 receive free UK standard delivery. For international subscribers, the UK delivery charge is deducted from your international shipping cost, so you only pay the difference for your region.
Can I choose how often I receive my subscription?
Yes! Choose from monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months delivery — and update your schedule as your needs change.
What if I'm away or need to delay a shipment?
You can skip a delivery and make changes by logging into your account. You are always in control.
Can I change the formula I'm subscribed to?
Absolutely. Switch between any of our human or pet formulas (F1, F2, F3, BP 2+, BP 3+) or mix and match as needed.
Can I subscribe for a family member or pet?
Yes — many of our clients do. Subscriptions apply across all formulas, whether it's for you, a loved one, or your animal companion.
Will I be reminded before each delivery?
Yes. You'll get an email notification before every order — giving you time to make any changes.

The first step is to make sure you have an active account with Blue Dragon Essentials. If not, or you are having trouble logging in, just contact us and we can send you a new account invite or re-set your password.
My subscription delivery hasn’t arrived?
Please let us know as soon as you are able. We will check your order’s tracking details and let you know the delivery status.
How do I update my payment method?
You can update the payment method linked to your subscription by simply logging into your account and clicking 'Address and payment details' then 'Manage payment methods'.
