Shipping policy

UK Delivery

Each order is prepared with attention and dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed by 1pm on a dispatch day will be processed and sent the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be sent on the next dispatch day.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 | £4.50

This is fast and reliable service which usually delivers within 1 working day (not guaranteed).

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same dispatch schedule (Monday and Thursday) and are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no additional cost.

International Shipping:

We strive to offer most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods possible for our international customers.

Please note: your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated upon arrival at the destination country, for which you as the customer remain responsible to pay. Unfortunately, Blue Dragon Essentials have no control over any import duties and taxes levied and are unable to determine the amount due.

Whilst we endeavour to be able to provide a world-wide delivery service, currently there are some territories that we are unable to ship to. Please contact us if you are not able to place your order via our web store check out and we can obtain a one-off quote for international shipment to your destination.

Please note: shipping notifications will be received from various couriers that we use at the time of your order.
